1. Who We Are

Zentriqo ("we", "us", "our") is a utility savings analysis platform operated from Azerbaijan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at zentriqo.space ("Service").

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

Account data: email address and display name when you create an account.
Building & utility data: building type, area, occupancy, and utility bills you enter to generate an analysis.
Payment data: subscription and billing information processed by Paddle (our merchant of record). We do not store card details — these are handled entirely by Paddle.
Usage data: anonymised information about how you interact with the Service (e.g. pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate and deliver your energy-saving analysis reports.
To manage your account and subscription.
To respond to support requests.
To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Analysis & Third-Party APIs

When you run an analysis, your building and utility data is included in a prompt sent to the Google Gemini API to generate recommendations. This data is processed under Google's terms and data processing agreement. We do not send personally identifiable information (name, email) to Gemini.

Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Gemini: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you subscribe, Paddle collects and processes your payment information directly. Paddle's privacy policy applies: paddle.com/legal/privacy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Google LLC — for AI analysis via the Gemini API (building/utility data only, no personal identifiers).
Paddle.com — for payment processing and subscription management.
Vercel Inc. — our hosting provider, which processes request data to serve the application.
Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow for dispute resolution. Analysis data stored locally in your browser (localStorage) remains under your control and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict processing of your data.
Data portability — receive your data in a structured format.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to save your analysis results and preferences locally on your device. We do not use tracking cookies. Third-party services (Google Fonts, Paddle) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

10. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Paddle handles payment data under PCI-DSS compliance. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure — use the Service at your own risk.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
