You may use the Service as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zentriqo.space if you suspect unauthorised access.
Zentriqo offers a free Basic plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@zentriqo.space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge if the Service was materially unavailable. To request a refund, contact support@zentriqo.space.
Zentriqo uses AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate energy-saving recommendations. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering, financial, or legal advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You should verify recommendations with qualified professionals before making investment or operational decisions.
Building data and utility bills you enter are used solely to generate your analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI analysis prompts are sent to Google Gemini API under Google's data processing terms. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Zentriqo. Reports generated by the Service may be used by you for internal business purposes. You may not republish or commercialise platform outputs without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentriqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control without liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Azerbaijan.
