What exactly does the AI analyze?
You enter your building profile (type, size, location, equipment) and your utility costs (electricity, water, gas, maintenance). Our AI compares your spend against regional benchmarks and identifies the 5 highest-ROI improvements specific to your building — with real numbers and payback periods.
Do I need to upload any documents?
No. Just type in your bill amounts. If you have a PDF bill you can upload it for more detail, but it's optional.
What's BMS telemetry deep analysis (Pro)?
If you submit a granular BMS/SCADA export via our BMS Import page — one with per-timestamp readings for power draw, on/off status, and supply/return temperatures — Pro and Enterprise accounts get an additional statistical anomaly-detection pass on top of the standard AI summary. It flags things like phantom power draw while equipment is off, inefficient cooling cycles, and abnormal off-hour usage, each with specific timestamps. A simple monthly bill export doesn't have this level of detail, so this only kicks in for exports that include it — you always get the standard AI summary regardless.
What counts as one "analysis"?
Each time you click "Analyze with AI" and get a report, that uses one analysis credit. The follow-up chat questions within the same session are free and don't count.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, any time. Cancel from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — no questions asked, no penalty. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What currencies are supported?
The analysis works in any currency — AZN, USD, EUR, and more. Just select your currency before entering bills. Subscription payments are in USD.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — an Android app (APK) is available. The web app also works on mobile browsers. iOS is on the roadmap.
